Administrative Support Coordinator

Victoria Varea

Victoria Varea is our Administrative Support Coordinator and the newest member of the NCSUT family at our headquarters in San Diego, CA. She received her Bachelor’s in Communications from DePaul University and has put much of her education into her work.

Prior to joining NCUST, Victoria lived in Chicago and gained nearly 10 years of experience in administrative roles with start-ups. Her longest tenure was with Trunk Club, a styling service under Nordstrom, where she coordinated 15 training programs for their 500 person sales team across 7 offices. From there, she supported other start-ups and entrepreneurs remotely.

Victoria has since moved to San Diego and is lending her expertise to NCUST. She’s currently enrolled to receive her Masters in Education as well as her California Teacher Credentials with the goal of becoming a high school history teacher. For her, being a part of NCUST serves as another part of her education.

When she’s not at work, you can find Victoria on the beach, teaching yoga, taking a spin class, or cooking with her husband, Eddie.
