San Diego State University, in conjunction with the National Center for Urban School Transformation (NCUST), is pleased to offer a California Administrative Services Clear Credential program. This program is fully accredited by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and offers novice administrators professional development grounded in the real work of the schools and districts they serve and informed by the leadership practices found in America’s highest performing schools.

  • Job-embedded professional development designed to help you address real problems of practice associated with your administrative responsibilities.
  • One-on-one coaching provided by an experienced Executive Coach with years of administrative experience.
